Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders both locally and internationally.\n Primary Responsibilities\nReview and interpret technical and commercial enquiries during pre-quote and order acceptance stages. \nDevelop, review, and modify commercial and technical documentation to create tenders, manage clarification and orders. \nUtilize proprietary equipment selection tools to identify the most effective solutions for customer applications. \nPrepare and submit complex tender documents in alignment with client specifications and expectations. \nEnter and manage orders through internal CRM and ERP systems. \nActive and effective communication with customers and sales representatives. \nRespond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. \nUndertake additional duties relevant to the role as required.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nDelivering high-quality customer service across all channels: phone, email, and in-person in a timely manner. \nProviding effective support to sales representatives and internal departments. \nTimely and accurate review of RFQs, tender and project requirements. \nEfficient generation of technical documentation.\nCreate cost analysis for tenders and specific RFQs. \nVolume and value of quotes and orders processed.\nQuote-to-order conversion rates.\n Experience & Qualifications\nDegree in engineering (Mechanical, Process, or related field).\nMinimum of 3 years' experience in a similar applications engineering or technical sales role. \nProven ability to read and interpret technical documentation, technical drawings and specifications.\nBehavioral Competencies\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and
