opportunities.\nServe as an escalation point for complex technical, commercial, and application-related issues.\nCollaborate with Product Engineering, Project Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and executable.\nSupport customer meetings, technical presentations, specification reviews, and clarification discussions.\nIdentify technical and commercial risks during the quotation and application review process.\nEnsure customer specifications and contractual requirements are clearly understood and appropriately addressed.\nDevelop and maintain application engineering standards, procedures, tools, templates, and best practices.\nMonitor quotation activity, response times, workload, win rates, and other key performance indicators.\nIdentify opportunities to improve quotation accuracy, efficiency, standardization, and automation.\nSupport new product development by providing customer, market, and application feedback.\nDevelop training programs and technical resources to strengthen the knowledge and capabilities of Applications Engineers.\nSupport root-cause analysis and resolution of application-related issues when required.\nMaintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the quotation and order lifecycle.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, cost, and customer responsiveness.\nSupport annual departmental goals, resource planning, budgeting, and performance objectives.\nPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, technical excellence, and customer focus.\n Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nTypically 5+ years of experience in applications engineering, product engineering, project engineering, technical sales, or a related engineering function.\nPrevious leadership, supervisory, project leadership, or team-lead experience.\nStrong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to interpret customer specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate complex technical requirements and develop practical engineering solutions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong customer focus and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and
