This role is critical to ensuring maximum uptime and supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations.\n RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:\n- Adhere to all internal and external HSE policies and procedures provided by the local authorities and NOV.\n- Report all unsafe and or hazardous acts or conditions to the HSE department.\n- Requires working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of analytical and operational processes.\n- Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work.\n- Works with a moderate degree of supervision.\n- Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish the team objectives. - Report to the maintenance manager to communicate with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for troubleshooting and all maintenance activities.\nGood understanding of the technical features of CNC machines controls, electrical and mechanical systems.\nPerform routine and preventive maintenance.\n- Perform unscheduled maintenance and emergency repairs even after hours, if necessary and supporting equipment in a timely manner.\n- Perform installation and upgrades to equipment in addition to other special projects as needed to increase machine efficiency and company productivity.\n- Maintain inventory of maintenance materials and supplies to assure down time is minimized due to lack of parts.\n- Performs a wide variety of skilled mechanic duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify mechanical equipment.\n- Uses a wide variety of hand, power, and machine tools to perform assignments.\n- Complete and document maintenance activities associated with predictive and corrective maintenance activities in a computerized maintenance database.\n- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.\n- Any task assigned by the line manager.\nBEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:\nEquipment Maintenance & CNC machine services Troubleshooting .\nRESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:\nBEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:\nStrong inter-personal and communication skills\nRequires working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of analytical or operational processes.\nApplies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise\nWorks within standard operating procedures and/or methods\nWorks with a moderate degree of supervision\nRequires broadened technical skills in analytical/ technical methods or operational processes to perform a defined array of activities\nUnderstands how the team integrates with others to accomplish the team objectives.\nHas no supervisory responsibilities;
