and practices, including kick detection and blowout prevention.\nExperience with drilling optimization, including the selection of drilling parameters and drilling fluid properties.\nFamiliarity with drilling software applications for hydraulics analysis and torque and drag modeling.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple drilling projects concurrently.\nExperience working in drilling operations and familiarity with regional drilling practices and regulations.\nWillingness to travel to drilling sites, both offshore and onshore, as required\nExcellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot drilling-related issues.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical
