safety, quality and continuous improvement across all assigned projects.\n Essential Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience in drilling, well construction, or offshore operations.\nProven project management experience in the oil and gas industry.\nStrong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nFluent in written and spoken English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the Norwegian and/or UK offshore industry.\nKnowledge of completion operations.\nExperience with digital drilling technologies, Wired Drill Pipe (WDP), or similar drilling systems.\nNorwegian language
