This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or an early-career professional looking to develop their technical skills and build a career in the energy industry.\nIn this role, you will provide technical and engineering support throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process, working closely with Sales, Operations, and Product Engineering teams.\nYou will contribute to delivering effective drilling solutions, supporting customers, and driving continuous product improvement while maintaining NOV's high standards of safety, quality, and technical excellence.\nThis is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in our Warsaw office. You will join a small, supportive team of engineers and be paired with a dedicated buddy to help you settle into NOV, learn our processes, and develop your technical expertise.\n Provide technical and engineering support during pre-sales and post-sales activities, working closely with experienced engineers and the Sales team.\nAssist in the selection and recommendation of drilling solutions based on customer requirements and operational conditions.\nAnalyze drilling performance data to identify trends, evaluate product performance, and support continuous improvement.\nPrepare technical reports, presentations, and product performance summaries for internal teams and customers.\nSupport the investigation of technical issues and contribute to identifying practical solutions.\nCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product Engineering teams to ensure effective communication and technical support.\nParticipate in technical discussions and customer meetings, gradually developing confidence in presenting engineering recommendations.\nContribute to product improvement initiatives by collecting and sharing technical feedback and operational insights.\nDevelop knowledge of NOV ReedHycalog products, drilling technologies, and industry practices through hands-on experience and guidance from senior colleagues.\nEnsure all activities are carried out in accordance with NOV's safety, quality, and engineering standards.\n Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.\nUp to 2 years of professional experience in engineering or a related technical field. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply technical information.\nAbility to develop practical solutions and make sound technical decisions with guidance from experienced colleagues.\nGood organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly.\nCollaborative mindset and willingness to work across multidisciplinary teams.\nCustomer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality technical support.\nProactive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.\nAdditional Attributes\n\nInterest in drilling technologies, engineering innovation, and continuous improvement.\nWillingness to take initiative, ask questions, and contribute ideas.\nMotivation to develop technical expertise and grow within an international engineering organization.\nCommitment to safe working practices, quality standards, and professional development.\nWhy Join Us\n\nAt NOV, you will have the opportunity to start or develop your engineering career while contributing to solutions that support the global energy industry.\nAs part of the ReedHycalog team, you will work alongside experienced engineers, gain hands-on exposure to drilling technologies, and build valuable technical and professional skills.\nWe offer a collaborative environment where learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth are encouraged.
