We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.\n Act as the primary technical interface between customers and NOV throughout the quotation, contract review, and order entry process.\nReview customer specifications, contractual documentation, and technical requirements to identify risks, clarify expectations, and ensure technical compliance.\nCollaborate with customers, EPC contractors, Sales, and Engineering to resolve technical queries and develop practical, commercially viable solutions.\nNegotiate technically acceptable alternatives that align customer requirements with NOV engineering standards, manufacturing capabilities, and project schedules.\nDeliver technically complete and commercially aligned \"clean orders\" that enable efficient engineering execution with minimal clarification after order entry.\nCoordinate cross-functional technical reviews involving Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales to ensure proposed solutions are practical, executable, and profitable.\nEvaluate technical and commercial risks throughout the quotation and contract review process, recommending effective mitigation strategies.\nSupport Sales during customer meetings, technical bid clarifications, and pre-award discussions as the regional technical authority.\nDevelop and maintain regional application guidelines, standard technical responses, and customer-specific documentation to improve consistency, quality, and execution efficiency.\nProvide technical guidance and product training to Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams while supporting strategic customers during project execution, customer visits, factory acceptance tests (FATs), and other business development activities.\nEnsure compliance with applicable industry standards, company engineering practices, Quality Management System requirements, and HSE policies.\nTravel across the Eastern Hemisphere to support customers, regional offices, and manufacturing facilities as required.\n Associate's degree, technical diploma, or equivalent technical education in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline.
