equipment (e.g., chillers, cooling towers units, air handlers, exhaust fans).\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems: lighting, panels, motors, controls, and wiring (up to 480V).\nMonitor building systems and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards\nSupport general facility upkeep: plumbing, lighting, doors, carpenter, flooring, etc.\nAssist in facility inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.\nCoordinate with contractors and vendors during repairs and installations.\nRespond to service requests and work orders using CMMS.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and completed work.\nParticipate in emergency response and after-hours support as needed.\nWork with Maintenance team to maintain inventory of maintenance materials and supplies to assure down time is minimized due to lack of parts.\nComplete and document maintenance activities associated with predictive and corrective maintenance activities in a computerized maintenance database.\nConduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.\nParticipate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry advancements and technologies.\nMaintain NOV guidelines on safety, quality, and delivery.\nClean work areas as necessary to maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards. \nAll other collaboration with other departments and business units\nRegular attendance and timeliness. \n EDUCTATIONAL & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical training/certifications preferred).\n5-8 years of experience in a facilities role with strong background in HVAC and electrical maintenance.\nStrong understanding of electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and basic mechanical troubleshooting.\nAbility to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\nFlexibility to work different shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.\nFamiliarity with CMMS systems and digital maintenance tools.\nExperience in industrial or manufacturing settings.\nBasic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and general building
