documentation.\nAct as a technical contact for customers during field operations and provide appropriate technical recommendations and solutions.\nConduct customer review discussions to assess service quality and obtain feedback.\nSupport compliance with NOV QHSE documentation, company safety standards, customer HSE requirements, and applicable legal and contractual requirements.\nMentor and train Field Service Technicians and conduct training for customers and operators when required.\nSupport continuous improvement by identifying recurring technical issues and opportunities to improve systems, service quality, and operational efficiency.\nTravel to onshore and offshore rig sites as required and provide on-site support in challenging operational environments.\nParticipate in training and development activities to continuously improve technical knowledge and understanding of NOV equipment.\n Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry or similar industries.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nGood understanding of industry-standard practices and job safety procedures.\nGood knowledge of IT and network-related equipment.\nKnowledge of maintenance related to hydraulic instruments.\nGood teamwork and collaboration skills.\nWilling to travel extensively to onshore and offshore rig sites as
