The role represents NOV during field service assignments, ensuring equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently while delivering the highest standards of quality and customer service.\n Responsibilities:\nPerforming on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration after installation.\nResponding to requests for emergency repairs and services to troubleshoot equipment.\nProviding technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer's sites, developing and further expand technical knowledge and expertise, currently recognized industry standards for engineering ability.\nMaintaining knowledge of applicable product line warranty and accomplish effective warranty administration.\nPlanning, preparing and/or instructing both internal and external training programs as required, to impart and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge in area of specialization.\nProviding leadership and technical direction to skilled labor performing work on customer sites.\nMaintaining strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within NOV safety standards\nPreparing timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages.\n Job Requirements/ Qualification:\nBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n5+ years’ experience in a related field is most welcome.\nTechnical Competencies:\nMS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project)\nAbility to understand hydraulic schematics.
