troubleshoot, and repair Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and related equipment at customer field locations.\nPerform inspections, testing, calibration, software updates, hardware upgrades, and system diagnostics to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.\nEnsure all field service activities are completed in accordance with NOV quality standards, operational procedures, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.\nTravel to customer sites to provide installation, startup, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and technical support services.\nTrain customers on the safe, proper operation and maintenance of NOV products and systems.\nAccurately complete and submit service reports, field documentation, job summaries, and other required records in a timely manner.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, customers, and internal support teams regarding project status, equipment performance, and service findings.\nIdentify, document, and communicate equipment failures, operational concerns, and customer feedback to the appropriate departments for corrective action and continuous improvement.\nMaintain company-issued tools, vehicles, equipment, and assets in good working condition and ensure proper care and accountability.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by providing field observations and recommendations to enhance product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business operations and customer requirements.\nComply with all NOV policies, procedures, and safety standards while promoting a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.\nOther duties as assigned.\n EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\nPrevious experience in the ESP or Artificial Lift industry preferred\nPrevious Field Service experience
