Performance Management Analyst will support consistent, timely, and accurate performance management across NOV GBS by:\nConsolidating and validating service and operational performance data from exceptions, data-quality issues, and potential performance risks.\nSupporting recurring governance processes and ensuring actions, decisions, escalations, and commitments are tracked through closure.\nProviding reliable performance information that enables leaders to understand service results and make informed decisions.\n Coordinate performance data from multiple value streams, delivery locations, managed-service partners, and source systems.\nValidate data completeness, consistency, and reliability before information is used in dashboards or governance forums.\nIdentify data-quality issues and coordinate resolution with the appropriate owners.\nSupport the development and ongoing maintenance of SLA and KPI definitions, baselines, calculation methodologies, and reporting standards.\nAnalyze captive and managed-service performance against agreed targets and document material deviations.\nIdentify and flag potential performance risks, unusual trends, or significant variances for leadership attention.\nPrepare and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for executive, management, center, and operational governance forums.\nTranslate performance data into clear trends, exceptions, and supporting analysis that leaders can use to make decisions.\nSupport reporting automation and process improvements that make recurring performance cycles faster and more reliable.\nCoordinate governance calendars, meeting preparation, templates, trackers, and recurring reporting requirements.\nPrepare meeting materials, executive summaries, minutes, action logs, RAID logs, and escalation records.\nTrack actions, decisions, and open commitments through resolution, maintaining clear ownership and due dates.\nPrepare center-performance materials that bring together service results with agreed site-health indicators.\nCoordinate inputs from Center Leaders, HR, Service Delivery teams, and other stakeholders to support center-performance reviews.\nMaintain accurate follow-up actions and decisions from center-performance reviews. \n Required\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Data/Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in performance reporting, service management, business analytics, operational reporting, shared services, PMO, or consulting/professional services.\nHands-on experience consolidating and validating data and supporting KPI/SLA reporting.\nExperience preparing dashboards, scorecards, or similar performance reporting.\nExperience supporting recurring performance or governance reporting cycles.\nStrong Excel and data-analysis skills.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and follow actions and commitments through closure. \nPreferred\nPrior exposure to a GBS, GCC, Shared Services, or managed-services environment.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar BI/reporting tools.\nExperience preparing executive-level reporting and management presentations.\nExperience maintaining action trackers, RAID logs, governance materials, and escalation records.\nAnalytics, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL/service-management, or related certification.\nExperience working with multiple value streams, delivery locations, or service
