human resources activities and ensure compliance with employment laws and reporting. \nProvide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance. \nAdvise management on the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. \nAssist with investigations where appropriate, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.\nMaintain employee document of record and generate ad hoc and customized data reports.\nOrganize and facilitate manager trainings. \nManage and support full employee life cycle practices including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development and exit/offboarding. \nAssist with payroll activities, including maintenance of timekeeping system, pay period close tasks, and act as liaison with corporate payroll department.\nWork with HR Central on all HR related actions/changes including new hires, contingent workers, promotions, job changes, etc., ensuring a high degree of accuracy. \nPerform other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the HR Manager.\nComply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.\n Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a HR related field.\nAbility to travel within the US quarterly, or as required. \nPreferably completed advance course work in Human Resources or Business Administration, Associate, or bachelor’s preferred.\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage time and priorities effectively. \nComprehensive understanding of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.\nPractical experience addressing employee relations issues and performing thorough investigations. \nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nBackground using HRIS systems to support HR operations.\nExperience with UKG/Kronos timekeeping system highly preferred.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.\nSHRM-CP or PHR certification
