budgets, worksheets, guidelines, approvals, and compensation cycles.\n\nAbsence Management: Absence types, plans, accruals, eligibility profiles, fast formulas, approvals, balances, and statutory requirements.\n\nTalent Management: Performance Management, Goals, Career Development, Talent Review, succession planning, talent profiles, and competency frameworks.\n\nLead fit-gap analysis, solution workshops, process mapping, and functional design sessions.\n\nDevelop functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, process documentation, and training materials.\n\nManage end-to-end testing activities, including unit, system integration, regression, user acceptance, and production validation testing.\n\nSupport data conversion, integrations, reporting, and downstream system impacts.\n\nPartner with technical teams on integrations, fast formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, reporting, and security requirements.\n\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes.\n\nProvide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate defect resolution.\n\nManage relationships with business stakeholders and third-party implementation or support partners.\n\nEnsure solutions comply with organizational policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable employment regulations.\n\nLead change management, communication, and end-user adoption activities.\n\nMentor functional analysts and contribute to the development of HCM delivery standards.\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in HR technology or HRIS functional roles.\n5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.\nStrong functional expertise in most or all of the following modules:Core HR\nCompensation\nAbsence Management\nTalent Management\n\nExperience leading Oracle HCM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements.\nStrong understanding of HR business processes and global HR operating models.\nExperience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.\nKnowledge of Oracle HCM security, workflows, approvals, eligibility profiles, and fast formulas.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work independently while leading cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nOracle HCM Cloud certification in one or more relevant modules.\nExperience with global implementations and multi-country HR requirements.\nFamiliarity with legislative, regulatory, and localization requirements.\nExperience with Oracle Recruiting, Payroll, Time and Labor, or Workforce Management.\nExperience managing vendors, implementation partners, and project workstreams.\nKnowledge of Agile, hybrid, or formal project delivery
