long-term career within a global organisation.\nProvide professional Health, Safety and Environmental advice and support to managers and employees. \nPromote a proactive HSE culture through coaching, communication and employee engagement. \nConduct and review risk assessments, ensuring effective control measures are implemented. \nSupport incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. \nMaintain and continuously improve Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems. \nSupport compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems through audits and continuous improvement activities. \nCarry out workplace inspections, audits and routine HSE monitoring across multiple manufacturing sites. \nDeliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks and awareness training. \nSupport contractor management and promote safe systems of work. \nAssist with environmental compliance activities, monitoring programmes and sustainability initiatives. \nMaintain accurate HSE records, reports and performance data. \nLiaise with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies where required. \nEssential Qualifications\nNEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent). \nPrevious experience in an HSE advisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. \nWorking knowledge of ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 management systems. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all organisational levels. \nStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. \nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook. \nPreferred Qualifications\nNEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent). \nIEMA Certificate in Environmental Management. \nExperience delivering HSE training. \nExperience within heavy engineering or similar industrial manufacturing environments. \nKnowledge of lifting and slinging operations. \nSoft Skills\nWe're looking for someone
