Acting as the central point of contact for all HSE matters, the specialist will lead training, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and support emergency response while fostering a culture of safety across the facility.\n Position is onsite located at 2303 Taylors Valley RD, Belton TX\nImplement and maintain HSE programs and procedures to meet internal standards and external regulations.\nAct as the primary liaison for all HSE matters for the facility.\nConduct or coordinate HSE training and document in accordance with HSE Management System.\nMaintain HSE records and generate required reports for internal and external stakeholders.\nFacilitate and lead risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and assigned HSE initiatives.\nCoordinate and participate in internal and external HSE audits.\nRepresent the facility in HSE meetings with operations leadership and regulatory agencies.\nLead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.\nProvide emergency response support outside normal working hours as needed.\nTravel up to 5% of the time to attend training/meetings or support HSE programs at other sites.\n Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years HSE experience in an industrial environment.\nOSHA 10/30-hour General Industry trainer certification preferred.\nProfessional HSE certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH) are a plus.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Forms).\nStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record per NOV policy.\nAbility to lead risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.\nVeterans are
