protected by applicable law.\n Manage and continuously improve the local HSE management system. \nEnsure compliance with Norwegian legislation, NOV standards, and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements. \nConduct HSE inspections, audits, workplace observations, and risk assessments across site operations. \nLead and support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions. \nPartner with operations to identify practical improvements and promote a proactive safety culture. \nDeliver HSE inductions, training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives. \nMonitor HSE performance, maintain compliance documentation, and report key performance indicators. \nSupport environmental initiatives, including waste management and ESG reporting. \nAssist with customer tenders by preparing HSE documentation and compliance information. \nAct as a trusted HSE advisor for managers, employees, contractors, customers, and regulatory authorities.\n Essential Qualifications\n2-3 years or more of HSE experience in an operational environment. \nGood understanding of Norwegian HSE legislation and regulatory requirements. \nExperience with incident investigations, risk assessments, and HSE management systems. \nStrong communication and relationship-building skills. \nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. \nFluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within the energy and/or oil & gas industry.\n\nExperience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.\n\nKnowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.\n\nInternal Auditor certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001).\n\nExperience with Industrivern.\n\nExperience supporting customer, regulatory, or certification audits.\n\nFamiliarity with environmental reporting and sustainability
