escalate complex or sensitive matters to the Country HR Manager as appropriate.\nCoordinate core HR operations for the facility, including employee records, compensation and benefits administration, payroll inputs, and HR reporting, in collaboration with relevant teams.\nSupport change management and communication activities affecting the facility.\nWork with site leaders and relevant functions to address workforce matters in a manufacturing environment, including attendance and frontline employee engagement.\nProvide HR support for Malaysia country-level matters or initiatives as assigned by the Country HR Manager, which may include coordination with other locations or country stakeholders.\nShare relevant workforce trends, risks, and recommendations with the Country HR Manager and site leadership.\nTravel within Malaysia as needed to support assigned HR activities.\n Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.\nDemonstrated HR experience, including experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, or other operational workforce.\nExperience advising managers on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and HR operations.\nWorking knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and the ability to apply company policies consistently.\nStrong judgment and discretion when handling confidential, sensitive, or complex employee matters.\nEffective communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work with frontline employees, site leaders, and country-level stakeholders.\nStrong organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage both site responsibilities and assigned country-level support.\nProficiency in English;
