that all required inspection reports, production records, and electronic documentation are completed accurately and on time.\nProvide leadership, coaching, and technical support to department personnel while promoting accountability and teamwork.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.\n Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to direct and motivate a small team.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nMechanical aptitude with experience operating or troubleshooting industrial equipment.\nAbility to anticipate problems, make sound decisions, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.\nStrong in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.\nSelf-motivated with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nWilling to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as
