Training and certification requirements will be administered in accordance with the company’s written practice and applicable industry standards.\n Participate in structured classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training.\nLearn and assist with magnetic particle, electromagnetic, and ultrasonic inspection methods.\nSupport qualified inspectors with the setup, calibration, operation, and routine care of inspection equipment.\nLearn to identify and evaluate common product conditions, defects, and discontinuities.\nFollow approved inspection procedures, customer specifications, work instructions, and company requirements.\nAssist with product identification, traceability, measurement, and documentation.\nAccurately record inspection results and complete required reports under supervision.\nLearn applicable acceptance criteria, industry standards, and customer requirements.\nAssist with the proper identification, documentation, and segregation of nonconforming product.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nFollow all health, safety, environmental, quality, and operational requirements.\nUse required personal protective equipment (PPE) and immediately report unsafe conditions or practices.\nWork collaboratively with inspectors, operations personnel, quality representatives, and customers.\nDemonstrate continued progress toward qualification and certification in applicable nondestructive testing (NDT) methods.\nStand, walk, bend, stoop, and work around tubular products and inspection equipment for extended periods as required to perform assigned duties.\nSafely lift, carry, and handle tools, equipment, and materials required for inspection activities.\nPerform work in an industrial environment that may include exposure to noise, moving equipment, oils, dust, and varying temperatures.\nWear required PPE, including safety footwear, eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, and other protective equipment as required.\nPerform other related duties as assigned in support of training and operational requirements.\n High school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing, industrial, inspection, mechanical, or energy-sector experience is helpful but not required.\nAbility to read, understand, and follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.\nBasic math, measurement, and computer skills.\nStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes.\nEffective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to accept coaching, apply feedback, and work effectively under supervision.\nAbility to work flexible schedules, overtime, and varying shifts as required.\nWillingness and ability to pursue applicable NDT qualifications and
