Audit job pulls and shipping/receiving activities to assure accuracy.\nWork with Project Management and Purchasing to expedite shortages and satisfy workflow requirements.\nManage daily cycle counts, research discrepancies, and approve variances. Initiate actions as necessary to reduce variances. Generate and publish cycle count variance reports.\nCoordinate material flow requirements for warranty returns with Sales, Service, Shipping, Receiving, Project Management and Purchasing.\nWork with Engineering to ensure the accuracy of part numbers and their descriptions, initiate change requests when applicable.\nGenerate and maintain Inventory Control work instructions and support processes with respect to receiving, stockroom tasks, and shipping. Train personnel as required.\nEnsure inventory logs for customer returns, customer supplied items and return material requests are accurate and up to date.\nHire and develop employees' skills to achieve teamwork, timely execution of tasks, inventory accuracy, and safety in the work environment. Nurture a culture that’s team oriented, where employees are valued, trusted, accountable and are working towards the same goal with a focus on collective results. Mentor and train personnel to fulfil all duties.\nEnsure machinery is operated in a safe manner and reporting any equipment issues to maintenance.\nReview employee’s timecards daily and approve weekly. Track employees PTO, attendance and address issues as required.\nPerform annual job evaluations of Inventory Control personnel.\nMaintain accurate files in relation to inventory activities.\nAccountable for meeting expense budget.\nOrganize and maintain Inventory Control operations, company equipment and work area in a professional manner.\nSupport after hours Service and Sales Departments material and transportation requirements for shipping parts to customers and field service technicians\nResponsible to follow all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures, and programs, including but not limited to the process map, support processes, safe work practices, and environmental requirements.\nResponsible for maintaining all inventory areas in a clean and orderly manner.\nMust follow and enforce all safety and environmental policies and programs; report any activities that could be detrimental to safety and/or the loss of productivity; report any injuries when they occur.\nMust be able to resolve problems through collaboration with others.\nInterface professionally with multiple departments: Sales, Service, Shipping, Receiving, QA, Inspection, Purchasing, & Planning.\nSecuring the warehouse from loss by: Challenging unauthorized personnel upon entry as to their needs and reporting any theft, loss, or missing items immediately.\nAcquire and maintain a working knowledge of operating systems related to Inventory, Shipping, and Material Handling functions.\nTake ownership, organize, and maintain company equipment and work area in a professional manner.\nResponsible for following all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures, and programs, including but not limited to the process map, support processes and HSE requirements.\nMaintain warehouse supplies and submits requisitions for purchase.\nOther duties as assigned.\n High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor’s degree in project management, operations management, supply chain, or business administration preferred.\n5 to 10 years of Warehouse Management preferred.\nMust be skilled in using computers including being proficient in Microsoft office, Excel, and Teams. Oracle knowledge a plus.\nUnderstanding of ERP systems, operation, and function.\nStrong and professional interpersonal and communication skills.
