This position provides hands-on leadership to the team, ensures employees have the materials and resources needed to perform their work, and works closely with other departments to maintain an efficient production flow.\n Coordinate daily workflow, personnel, materials, and resources to meet production schedules.\nLead by example and ensure employees follow NOV safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.\nMonitor assembly activities to ensure products meet specifications, quality requirements, and customer delivery dates.\nProvide hands-on guidance, coaching, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) to new and existing employees.\nOperate and provide technical support for production equipment, including the chopper gun and center carriage.\nMaintain knowledge of manufacturing equipment, processes, product specifications, and proper machine setup.\nInspect parts for thickness, color, cure, visual standards, and specification compliance.\nIdentify quality defects and coordinate corrective actions with Quality, Engineering, Supervisors, and other appropriate personnel.\nEnsure required raw materials, tools, and supplies are available to support production.\nComplete inventory checks, material requests, production records, SPC charts, shift reports, and other required documentation accurately.\nMonitor housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nCommunicate production, quality, material, and operational issues to appropriate personnel.\nSupport the team in meeting or exceeding safety, quality, production, and delivery goals.\nStand and walk for up to 12 hours while performing bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements.\nRegularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.\nCross-train and support multiple production activities as needed.\nTravel occasionally, less than 10%, as required.\n High school diploma or equivalent required.\nPrevious manufacturing experience required; fiberglass manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.\nPrevious lead, supervisory, or demonstrated team leadership experience preferred.\nAbility to read and interpret specifications, technical drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.\nAbility to communicate effectively in English;
