potential delivery issues.\nMaintain accurate customer, quotation and order records in ERP and CRM systems.\nProduce sales reports, track key performance indicators and analyse sales trends.\nLiaise with finance on invoicing and outstanding customer payments.\nMaintain spare parts lists, historical records and departmental procedures.\nProvide administrative and project support, contributing to improvements in the spare parts sales process.\n Essential qualifications and experience\nExperience in spare parts coordination, sales administration, order processing or a similar customer service role.\nWorking knowledge of ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, including preparing reports and analysing sales data.\nStrong written and spoken English, with good organisational and customer communication skills.\nDesirable qualifications\nA relevant qualification or apprenticeship in business administration, engineering, supply chain or a related discipline.\nAn HNC, HND or degree in a relevant subject would be advantageous but is not essential.\nExperience within an engineering, manufacturing or industrial equipment
