# Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer at NOV APL, you will play an important role in maintaining and refurbishing our core products used in offshore operations. Working primarily at our local Service Center, you will combine practical mechanical work with technical inspection, reporting, documentation and coordination of refurbishment activities. You will follow components through the service process, from initial inspection and repair recommendations to refurbishment, testing and final delivery. You will work closely with experienced Service Engineers, After Sales colleagues and our engineering team, gaining detailed knowledge of APL products and their applications. Perform hands-on inspection, maintenance and refurbishment of APL mechanical components and equipment. Assess the condition of returned components, document inspection findings and prepare detailed technical reports with repair recommendations. Coordinate refurbishment activities, including planning, material requirements, supplier follow-up and quality control.
