and\nPromptly inform Supervisor when certification, maintenance, or repair activities are complete and the equipment is available for active service.\nIdentify any additional training requirements made necessary because of audit recommendations, customer complaints, nonconformance reports or corrective and preventive action measures.\n Apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.\nInterpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagrammatic form.\nDeal with several abstract and concrete variables.\nWork with limits, real number systems, and mean value theorems and implicit functions theorems.\nTechnical Requirements:\nTechnical training in the electrical/electronic field.\nIn-house or external training and development programs.\nOn-the-job training (serving as learner or trainee on the job under the instruction of a qualified worker).\nHSE Requirements:\nLifting - Raising or lowering an object from one level to another (includes upward pulling).\nCarrying - Transporting an object, usually holding it in the hands or arms, or on the shoulder.\nPushing - Exerting force upon an object so that the object moves away from the force.\nPulling - Exerting force upon an object so that the object moves towards the force.\nExerting up to 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently to move objects.\nWill, at all times, wear proper protective clothing and equipment and perform all duties in a safe manner.\nReport any accidents, incidents, near misses or hazards in the workplace.\nParticipate in the Behavioural Based Safety Program (STOP)\nFollow all safety policies (LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work)\nThis position is classified as safety sensitive, and employment would be conditional on satisfactory completion of a pre-employment testing.\nPreferred method of application and to view all opportunities visit: https://www.nov.com/Careers\nNOV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination or Harassment of Any Kind: NOV is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunities for everyone and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
