  • Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production methods.
  • Analyze production workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, reduced waste, and improved quality.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing documentation.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including process validation and production readiness.
  • Design or specify tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment to improve productivity and repeatability.
  • Perform root cause analysis on production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering to resolve nonconformances and improve process capability.
  • Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support capital equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and validation.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to production personnel.
  • Participate in cost reduction initiatives through process optimization, material savings, and cycle time improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 2-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, or automation.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
