# Manufacturing Technical Trainer

The Manufacturing Training Coordinator facilitates FGS Manufacturing facilities by developing, standardizing, and delivering structured training programs. This role ensures consistent skills development, documentation control, and hands-on competency validation across multiple sites. This position serves as a field-based training resource, working closely with site leadership, Quality, and safety teams to strengthen workforce capability, reinforce safe work practices, and promote standardized manufacturing processes. Regular travel between facilities is required to support on-site training and alignment efforts. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and deliver structured training programs for shop floor employees, focusing on safety, quality, and production processes. Conduct computer-based and hands-on instruction and skills validation for machine operation, fabrication processes, inspection requirements and safety procedures. Standardize training materials, work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across multiple sites.
