of existing product lines.\n\nPerform engineering analysis, including computational simulation (FEA/CFD), modelling, and validation testing.\n\nSupport design verification and validation activities to ensure product performance, durability, and reliability.\n\nAssist with material selection, material modelling, and structured testing programs.\n\nAnalyzetest data and apply statistical methods to support sound engineering decisions.\n\nIdentify technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.\n\nEnsure engineering deliverables comply with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.\n\nSustaining & Operational Support\nProvide engineering support to address field issues, product improvements, and reliability initiatives.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionallywith Operations, Quality, Sales, and Global Engineering teams to support business objectives.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement efforts aligned with NOV’s operational excellence strategy.\n\nEnsure all work is executed in accordance with NOV’s safety standards, ethics, and core values.\n\nTechnical Leadership & Professional Growth\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers as appropriate.\n\nSupport internal and external technical knowledge-sharinginitiatives.\n\nStay current with emerging technologies, industry advancements, and best practices relevant to solids control, waste management, and drilling operations.\n\nPrepare and deliver technical presentations or papers to support industry engagement and technical leadership.\n\nActively pursue continuous professional development in alignment with personal and business goals.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineeringor related discipline.\n\n8 years minimum experience in mechanical design, engineering analysis, and product development.\n\nProficiency with engineering simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS, SolidWorks Simulation or similar).\n\nExperience supporting testing, validation, and performance evaluation activities.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with Solids Control and Waste Management equipment and associated processes.\n\nFamiliarity with traditional drilling operations, drilling fluids systems, geothermal applications, thermal treatment technologies, and solids handling systems.\n\nExperience supporting New Product Development (NPD) projects and product lifecycle management.\n\nKnowledge of relevant industry standards and certification
