# MPD Panel Operator

Under the supervision of the MPD Engineer, the MPD Panel Operator is responsible for operating the MPD control panel and related MPD surface equipment during wellsite operations. The role supports the safe execution of MPD applications, including CBHP, PMCD and Continuous Circulation, by monitoring pressures, flow rates, returns and alarms; adjusting operating parameters as directed; and maintaining accurate operational records. The MPD Panel Operator assists with rig-up, rig-down, function testing, pressure testing, equipment checks, shift handover and daily reporting, while ensuring activities are performed in compliance with company, client and regulatory QHSSE requirements. Operate the MPD control panel, choke manifoldand monitoring systems under the direction of the MPD Engineerand in accordance with approved procedures. Monitor and record annular backpressure, standpipe pressure, casing pressure, flow in/out, mud properties, alarms and equipment status; report abnormal trends immediately.
