Responsibilities will include the implementation and management of the Fortress Downhole Tools Cyclops Setting Tool Recycling program, including the coordination, performance, and execution of Fortress processes and procedures. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the Fortress supplied products meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements and maintains the standard of excellence established by Fortress Downhole Tools.\n Responsibilities\nWork closely with customer field representatives to effectively coordinate Cyclops Setting Tools\nDisassemble, clean, inspect, rebuild, and test Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools per the applicable Fortress Work Instructions\nProvide technical support/onboarding to customers for Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools\nEnsures all necessary equipment and tools are available and adequately maintained to perform all aspects of the job\nEnsure all QA/QC policies & procedures are always top priority\nEnsure all employees are up to date with safety training and PPE\nCoordinate tool needs between shop and upper management\nInterviewing, hiring, and firing of Tool Assistants and Specialists\nTrain and progress shop personnel\nCreate scheduling and grading employees\nMaintain reports on ongoing jobs and activity to Fortress management\nMaintain adequate inventory levels\nOversee all technicians time sheets/days off\nEnsure housekeeping is kept up to highest standard every day\nMaintains the highest level of professionalism and works with honesty and integrity\nContinue to grow an upbeat, exciting work culture that is both diversified and unique.\nProactively looking ahead to identify and provide solutions to issues before they become problems.\nAny other duty, responsibility, or task assigned by supervisor\nQualifications\nStrong technical background working with downhole tools utilized in pump down operations, including wireline setting tools, frac plugs, and perforating guns\nSelf-motivated and detail oriented\nAvailable to work weekends and holidays as needed to support customer field operations\nExcellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, and operational management skills\nWorking knowledge of Windows 10 OS, and Microsoft Office\nForklift training\nProficiency with basic hand tools\nAbility to lift a minimum of 75 lbs\nThis position may require periodic travel to other districts as necessary to meet company needs and support operational
