The role ensures material availability, resolves work-order aging, expedites critical orders, monitors KPIs, and maintains audit-ready documentation to support seamless operations and on-time customer delivery. Primary Responsibilities\nManage intercompany sales orders (NSO): Order Management process steps from order entry through to delivery shipment of product to customer\nManage sales order on-time delivery and communicate of order changes/delays to concern stakeholders\nDevelop priorities and communicate support functions while taking an active role in problem resolution as required. \nReview and release work orders per the system demand, manage the system recommended messages, as well as maintain work order dates that adhere to the metrics of the organization.\nExpedite work orders through production process as required. Execute production dispatch activities. Generate ERP Dispatch Reports and manage shop scheduling and optimization.\nManage all WIP and resolution of WIP aging issues. Analyze and implement corrective actions for all Job Closure variances outside the required tolerance.\nDevelopment of weekly and monthly shipment plan and co-ordination of shipment activities\nComply with all NOV Company, departmental and HSE procedures and policies.\nFacility Responsibilities\nLead daily production meetings with relevant stakeholders.\nAttend Weekly/Monthly status calls with customers\nReview material shortages and work with Buyer to resolve shortages between CPO material plans and actual manufacturing needs.\nCommit all items and release Work Orders for in-house production and OSP per MRP.\nMonitor work-in-process and status work orders and maintain estimated completion dates in the system\nManage ERP exceptions and system generated messages. \nMaintain and manage list of Orders that have risk to on time delivery.\nReason out and understand order / shipment issues, and resolve.\nTimely and clear communication and follow through from issue identification to closure.\nCommunicate clearly with the customer, warehouse, team members, Customers, logistics partners and across Order Management\nConduct open order review meeting with team members\nEscalate issues and potential resolutions to Management as appropriate.\nTimely coordination with engineering, manufacturing, purchase, quality and management\nPerform work such that a perpetual state of audit Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and ERP systems (E.g Oracle)\nStrong demand forecasting and data analysis capabilities\nGood understanding about operations planning, scheduling, and capacity management\nCoordinates effectively across supply chain, procurement, and production team\nApplies Lean or continuous improvement principles to optimize efficiency\nMonitors KPIs and prepares accurate operational reports\nIdentifies risks and develops contingency or recovery plans\nEnsures planning documentation and processes comply with standards and policies\nProficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of products\n Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.\n3+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or similar role.\nHands-on experience with MRP and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).\nStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory control concepts.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\nFamiliarity with KPI tracking and continuous improvement
