Address variances with corrective updates.\nParticipate in or facilitate production meetings to provide updates and receive direction from the Master Scheduler.\nWork with all other departments and functions of the company to ensure effective processing of customer orders.\nEnsure effective cross-departmental collaboration to process customer orders seamlessly.\nRepresent NOV professionally in all communications and external interactions.\nAdhere to company policies, procedures, HSE standards, and support process requirements.\nPerform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.\n High school diploma or GED, some college preferred.\nAt least 1-3 years of experience in project management, production control, planning, purchasing or manufacturing preferred.\nA firm understanding of blueprints, machining, fabrication, and raw materials is preferable.\nAn understanding of ERP/MRP planning system operation and function.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office suite required (Excel, Teams, Word), Oracle ERP knowledge a plus.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.\nAttention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nProfessional, confident, and diplomatic interpersonal skills.\nProven problem-solving ability, with the capacity to anticipate and adapt to change.\nTeam-oriented with a positive, ethical, and motivating approach.\nHigh Energy self-directed problem solver with a strong bias for action and decision making.\nCOMPETITIVE BENEFITS: (visit usbenefits.nov.com for more information about our benefits offerings)\n401(k) Retirement Plan - NOV matches every dollar up to 5% of base pay and overtime for every dollar you invest.\nCompetitive medical plans that are effective your date of hire.
