We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.\n Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, process yield, workflow, and waste reduction.\nInvestigate recurring production issues and factory-floor feedback, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions through to completion.\nSupport new product introductions by establishing production processes, assessing production readiness, and developing the required process documentation and training.\nCreate, maintain, and update Standard Operating Instructions, procedures, and other controlled production documentation, including relevant SharePoint content.\nWork with production, engineering, management, and support teams to identify process constraints, manufacturing risks, material or drawing issues, and improvement priorities.\nAnalyse production information and performance trends to identify risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.\nIdentify tooling, machinery, and equipment requirements and support the evaluation and justification of appropriate solutions.\nCoordinate the identification, calibration, maintenance, and documentation of relevant measuring, monitoring, and production equipment.\nSupport production planning and improvement activities that contribute to efficient workflow and on-time delivery.\nDevelop and deliver training on relevant processes, procedures, SOIs, and technical topics.\n Must-Have\nRelevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with practical exposure to continuous improvement, process improvement, production engineering, or a comparable discipline.\nDemonstrated experience identifying process inefficiencies, investigating production problems, and supporting or implementing practical improvements.\nExperience developing or maintaining procedures, work instructions, Standard Operating Instructions, or comparable process documentation.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical capability, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and follow actions through to completion.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work effectively with production teams, management, and other stakeholders.\nGood IT literacy and the ability to work with systems used to maintain production and process documentation.\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured continuous-improvement tools and techniques;
