Working under the Planning & Scheduling Supervisor, you will coordinate with the production department, ensure alignment with customer orders, and help optimize manufacturing flow in a fast-paced composite piping environment.

Formulate daily production plans based on customer orders, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
Collaborate with the Planning & Scheduling Supervisor to adjust schedules for material shortages or equipment downtime.
Communicate production targets and changes to shop floor supervisors and operators.
Monitor progress against the plan and flag deviations for corrective action.
Update and maintain production planning software and related documentation.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly production reports for management.
Coordinate with procurement to align material deliveries with the production schedule.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and Kaizen events.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in production planning or operations scheduling, preferably in composites or pipe manufacturing.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling.
Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours to support production needs.
