applicable law.\nSupport medium- and long-term production planning activities.\n\nMaintain production forecasts, demand information and planning data.\n\nMonitor material availability against future production requirements.\n\nMaintain planning master data within ERP and Advanced Planning systems.\n\nGenerate planning reports, KPIs and data analysis to support business decisions.\n\nAnalyse forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for planning improvements.\n\nWork closely with Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to improve planning performance.\n\nSupport capacity planning activities and identify potential planning constraints.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within planning processes.\n\nProvide planning support and cover for the Master Production Planner during periods of absence.\n\n Essential Qualifications\nExperience in production planning, manufacturing, supply chain or materials planning.\n\nExperience working with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle experience advantageous but not essential).\n\nExperience analysing operational data and producing reports.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood organisational and time management abilities.\n\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\n\nEffective communication and collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyse data using functions, formulas and Pivot Tables.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nQualification in Business, Supply Chain, Planning or a related discipline.\n\nExperience using Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) systems such as Siemens Opcenter.\n\nExperience supporting forecasting or inventory planning activities.\n\nKnowledge of capacity planning and material planning concepts.\n\nExperience within machining, industrial manufacturing, oil & gas or other heavy manufacturing environments.\n\nUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles.\n\nExperience supporting business process or system improvement
