Ensuring accurate BOMs, routings, and work instructions.\nPlan purchase requisitions per ERP system demands. Communicate any necessary changes to the purchasing team as they arise.\nPlan Engineering deliverables utilizing the Intuiflow Scheduling and Execution software. \nCommunicate released orders to the appropriate shop floor personnel and departments.\nMonitor open work orders and manage rescheduling or reallocation based on changing priorities.\nSequence production tasks across work centers to promote flow based on priority, due dates, and available capacity.\nConfirm material availability prior to releasing orders. Escalate shortages to Procurement, Master Scheduler, and/or the Project Manager as necessary.\nRespond to production changes due to downtime, engineering changes, or expedited orders. Adjust and communicate schedule changes promptly to minimize disruptions. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve issues impacting order execution and to support flow.\nReport deviations from the schedule and support root cause analysis of delays or issues.\nMaintain schedule-related data in the ERP/MRP system, including lead times, order statuses, and shop calendars.\nParticipate in or facilitate production meetings to provide updates and receive direction from the Master Scheduler.\n Work with all other departments and functions of the company to ensure effective processing of customer orders.\nAssist project and sales teams with costing and quotation requests.\nAssist in closing orders and providing an analysis of the process and cost.\nProvide feedback to the MRP Planners for updates to routing.\nRelease common items through the work bench.\nEnsure effective cross-departmental collaboration to process customer orders seamlessly.\nRepresent NOV professionally in all communications and external interactions.\nAdhere to company policies, procedures, HSE standards, and support process requirements.\nPerform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.\n Bachelor’s degree preferred.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in project management, production control, planning, purchasing or manufacturing preferred.\nUnderstanding of blueprints, machining, fabrication, and raw materials (or willingness to learn).\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word); Oracle ERP knowledge a plus.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.\nAttention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nProfessional, confident, and diplomatic interpersonal skills.\nProven problem-solving ability, with the capacity to anticipate and adapt to change.\nTeam-oriented with a positive, ethical, and motivating approach.\nCOMPETITIVE BENEFITS: (visit usbenefits.nov.com for more information about our benefits offerings)\n401(k) Retirement Plan - NOV matches every dollar up to 5% of base pay and overtime for every dollar you invest.\nCompetitive medical plans that are effective your date of hire.
