in accordance with company procedures and applicable quality standards.\nEssential Qualifications\nExperience\nExperience managing engineering or manufacturing projects.\nExperience working within rotating equipment, industrial machinery, manufacturing, or a comparable engineering environment.\nExperience working with ERP/MRP systems.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment.\nStrong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.\nSoft Skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong customer focus with the ability to build lasting relationships.\nConfidence managing challenging conversations and balancing competing priorities.\nAbility to work effectively across cross-functional teams.\nOther Requirements\nWillingness to work on-site in Manchester.\nFlexibility to undertake occasional business travel when required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\nProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).\nExperience with rotating equipment, Progressive Cavity (PC) pumps, or other industrial pumping solutions.\nKnowledge of API, ISO, or other relevant engineering standards.\nExperience using Microsoft Project or equivalent project scheduling
