the international NOV organization.\n Identify and implement process improvements and standardization across entities.\n Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption within the organization.\n Translate customer project insights into practical improvements for the Aftermarket team.\n Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams and cultures.\n BSc/MSc degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.\n Proven experience in project management, with a focus on aftermarket, service, or offshore projects.\n Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.\n Commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\n Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships and create cross-functional alignment.\n Proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and a desire to make a lasting impact.\n Experience working in a multinational environment, with a track record of successful project delivery.\n Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is an advantage.\n Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented
