You will partner with operations, leadership, and customers to promote a culture of quality, support audits and training, resolve quality concerns, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.\n Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, the NOV Tuboscope Quality Manual, and company objectives.\nPromote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.\nInvestigate nonconforming products or services and coordinate timely corrective actions.\nPrepare, maintain, and distribute quality system documents, procedures, and revisions.\nCoordinate internal audits, customer audits, supplier audits, and annual management reviews.\nManage the Quality Action Report (QAR) system and monitor quality performance trends.\nEnsure customer specifications are communicated, implemented, and maintained.\nCoordinate employee quality training, qualification records, and certification documentation.\nEvaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier quality records.\nProvide quality system updates and performance reports to facility leadership and the Quality & Technical Services (QTS) team.\nSupport compliance with NOV Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and Quality policies.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n High school diploma or equivalent required.\nAssociate degree or two years of college coursework in a technical or engineering-related field preferred.\nExperience with non-destructive testing (NDT) or oilfield inspection processes preferred.\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality auditing principles preferred.\nAbility to read, interpret, and apply technical documents, specifications, and procedures.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong communication, organization, and attention to detail.\nBasic math skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.\nAbility to work a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule, including 12-hour shifts in Arctic weather conditions.\nVeterans Welcome!\nAt NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
