compliance with ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, UL, and customer-specific standards.\n\nDevelop and maintain quality documentation including procedures, work instructions, inspection plans, and forms.\n\nTrack and report facility quality metrics\n\nConduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA/DFMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Process Capability Studies.\n\nManage calibration and gauge R&R programs for monitoring and measuring equipment.\n\nAssist with internal audits, process audits, and support third-party or customer audits.\n\nAnalyze quality data, perform trend analysis on NCRs and CPARs, and report on metrics such as scrap, rework, and customer escapes.\n\nInvestigate product and process nonconformities, issue corrective and preventive actions, lead root cause analysis investigations, and support the validation of effectiveness.\n\nDevelop inspection methods for receiving, in-process, and final product checks.\n\nSupport training initiatives, maintain training records, and uphold training matrix accuracy.\n\nParticipate in Management of Change (MOC) and Risk Assessment activities.\n\nCollaborate with operations, engineering, and suppliers for continuous improvement and cost reduction.\n\nAssist with annual Management Reviews and strategic quality planning.\n\n EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.\n3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or quality
