This role is responible for reducing Cost of Poor Quailty, ensuring compliance with applicable certificatin and customer specifications, and strengthening operational execution through standardized processes and procedures. Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager and aligned within Operations, this position workes closely with the site leadership and production teams to enbed quality into daily execution.\n Partner with operations to lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.\nDrive reduction of COPQ through daily operational engagement.\nEnsure compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and applicable industry standards.\nLead the development and delivery of hands-on training programs to ensure effective execution of quality processes ad log-term sustainability of improvements across operations. \nDrive standardardization of quality processes and best practices across all West Region facilities in alignment with operations. \nTrack, repoet, and communicate quality metrics to support operational decision making.\n Experience in quality and/or NDT within OCTG, downhole tools, or specialty oilfield services.\n\nStrong understanding of NDT methods (EMI, UT, MT, PT, VT) and applicable industry standards.\n\nFamiliarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and API standards (API 5CT, API Q1/Q2).\n\nAbility to interpret and apply customer specifications in inspection and service environments.\n\nKnowledge of quality systems, including root cause analysis and CAPA.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.\n\nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sites.\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with operations, leadership, and customers.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 50%.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with hands-on field
