standards and quality requirements across regional activities.\n Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related discipline.\nExperience with ESP systems, artificial lift, rotating equipment, oil and gas operations, or related engineering applications.\nExperience analyzing SCADA data, well performance data, and wellbore diagrams.\nKnowledge of ESP design, comparative lift analysis, and well performance evaluation.\nExperience with FMEA, RCA, reliability analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, test data, and field performance information.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, technical writing, presentation, and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with customers, Sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.\nWillingness to travel within the assigned region and support customer or field activities as required.\nFamiliarity with applicable oil and gas industry standards and regulations is preferred.\nProfessional engineering registration, reliability certification, or relevant industry certification is an
