Perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them as needed, rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. Must be mechanically incline, work with hands and have working knowledge of the use of basic hand tools and air/power tools. Read and interpret assembly prints and schematics to ensure quality assembly.\n RESPONSIBILITIES\nRotate through all the tasks required in the team assembly process including but not limited to material handling, automatic shotblasting, powder coating, heat pressing and packaging.\nReview and perform work assignments and verify proper work procedures with leads or manager as needed to ensure quality assembly.\nUnder direction, prioritize work based on production schedules and operational needs.\nPerform visual inspection of components to verify quality and correctness to the drawing.\nOperate machinery and equipment, such as overhead cranes and hand trucks after proper training has been provided.\nUse of power tools such as grinder, drills and similar hand tools.\nUnder direction, trouble shoot, rework, repair, or replace damaged parts or assemblies.\nPackage finished products and prepare them for shipment.\nClean work areas as necessary to maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards.\nAll other reasonable tasks assigned with the goal of helping the team, operations, or the facility overall.\nComply with all NOV Company Quality and HSE policies and 10-15 kgs.\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent\nMinimum 1-2 years of mechanical and/or hydraulics experience\n Working experience in manufacturing industry essential\nExperience in screen manufacturing\nExperience in mechanical assembly, powder coating, heat presses, material handling and/or automatic sandblasting \nExperience in operation of mechanical and/or pneumonic and hydraulic
