analytical solutions while proactively identifying and addressing performance, data quality, and reliability risks.\n\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field.\n\nMinimum 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related data-focused roles.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, SQLand modern data engineering technologies.\n\nProven experience designing and operating scalable batchand streaming data pipelines.\n\nStrong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT, distributed processing, and cloud/hybrid data architectures.\n\nExperience with platforms and technologies such as Databricks, Spark, SQL Server, Data Lakes, and SQL/NoSQL databases.\n\nExperience with software engineering practices including Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment automation.\n\nDemonstrated technical leadership and ability to collaborate across engineering, data science, and operational teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with data science, machine learning, or AI, including developing or productionizinganalytical and predictive models.\n\nExperience with predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, equipment monitoring, or operational optimization.\n\nExperience with industrial IoT, telemetry, SCADA, WITSML, or other operational technology data.\n\nKnowledge of drilling operations, drilling optimizationKPIs, condition-based maintenance, and equipment reliability.\n\nDatabricks or cloud data engineering certification.\n\nExperience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.\n\nKnowledge of oil and gas industry operations and
