working SQL capability preferred.\nDemonstrated experience building or supporting effective license positions for complex software publishers.\nStrong understanding of software contract interpretation, entitlement analysis, and audit support.\nDemonstrated ability to interpret legal agreements, licensing entitlements, and deployment data to determine compliance and financial impact.\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive and cross-functional audiences.\nAbility to present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.\n The Software Asset Management Analyst role will:\nOwn effective license position analysis for major publishers and strategically significant software portfolios.\nAct as the primary escalation point for complex licensing, compliance, and tool-related issues within the SAM team.\nInterpret software agreements, product terms, maintenance rights, subscription terms, and usage rights to assess compliance position and financial exposure.\nLead complex reconciliation activities across discovery, inventory, entitlements, contract data, and operational deployment records.\nDrive optimization initiatives such as license harvesting, reallocation, standardization, rationalization support, and contract consolidation analysis.\nSupport internal and external audit response activities, including evidence development, data validation, issue analysis, and remediation planning.\nEstablish and maintain authoritative Effective License Positions (ELPs) for Top Tier publishers;
