The team develops industrial software systems used on offshore drilling rigs worldwide, including the Red Zone Manager (RZM), Anti-Collision System (ACS), and Pipe Interlock Management (PIM) products. These barrier systems help improve operational safety by integrating software, automation, and machine control in demanding offshore environments.\nYou will primarily work with the Red Zone Manager (RZM), a rapidly growing product within NOV’s automation portfolio. RZM combines camera-based AI with industrial automation to detect personnel in hazardous areas and, when necessary, automatically stop machinery to help prevent incidents. This is an opportunity to work on software systems operating in a real-world industrial environments where performance, reliability and safety have direct operational impact.\nWe believe you’ll be a great fit if you enjoy solving complex technical problems and are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEvolving the Red Zone Manager and related automation products\nWorking with real-time data and machine integration\nCollaborating with developers, engineers and domain specialists\nEssential Qualifications:\nSolid experience in software development, with a strong focus on C++ or C#.\nBachelor or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
