cleaners\nHydrocyclones (desanders/desilters)\nCentrifuges\nVacuum degassers\nAgitators and mixing systems\n\nFamiliarity with drilling operations and rig processes\nAbility to monitor and optimize solids removal efficiency\nBasic understanding of fluid testing and maintenance\nExperience Requirements\n1-3 years of oilfield, drilling fluids, or solids control experience preferred\nExperience working on land drilling rigs\nKnowledge of rig-up and rig-down procedures\nEquipment troubleshooting and repair experience\nSkills & Abilities\nStrong mechanical aptitude\nAbility to inspect, maintain, and repair solids control equipment\nAbility to read gauges, pressure readings, and operating parameters\nBasic computer and reporting skills\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities\nEffective communication with drilling crews, mud engineers, and company representatives\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift 50-75 pounds regularly\nAbility to work in extreme weather conditions\nAbility to climb ladders, stairs, and rig structures\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work extended shifts (12+ hours)\nWillingness to work rotational schedules and weekends\nSafety Qualifications\nStrong commitment to company and customer safety policies\nAbility to identify and mitigate operational
