Ensure that activities within the scope of this position comply with applicable local and international laws,\nregulations, and ARM policies.\n Receive and review sourcing requests for completeness, specifications, approvals, and delivery requirements.\n\nIdentify potential suppliers in line with IKTVA & localization requirements and maintain accurate supplier and sourcing records.\n\nRequest, collect, and compare quotations, proposals, and supporting documents.\n\nPrepare bid comparison sheets and sourcing recommendations for review and approval.\n\nCoordinate with requestors, buyers, suppliers, finance, and other relevant teams to clarify requirements and resolve delays.\n\nFollow up on quotations, technical evaluations, approvals, and supplier submissions.\n\nSupport supplier onboarding by collecting required registration, compliance, and qualification documents.\n\nMaintain sourcing files, quotation records, evaluation documents, and audit trails in the company’s systems.\n\nPrepare regular reports on sourcing activity, open requests, quotation status, savings, and supplier performance.\n\nFollow procurement procedures, delegated approval limits, and ethical sourcing requirements.\n\n Support improvement initiatives that strengthen sourcing efficiency and supplier value.\n Bachelor’s in supply chain management, business administration or equivalent.\nExcellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.\n Mastery of English language & Arabic is a must. \nKnowledge or Prior experience in Oracle system or similar application is preferred.
