We therefore encourage all qualified candidates to apply - regardless of gender, age, cultural background, disability, or belief.\n Develop and maintain technical training materials, including course curricula, lesson plans, and supporting documentation.\nDeliver technical training programs for internal employees and external customers.\nCoordinate knowledge sharing and facilitate the transfer of technical expertise across business functions.\nIdentify training gaps and recommend improvements to training programs.\nCollect and communicate product feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement.\nCoordinate competency assessment processes and maintain related documentation.\nSupport the implementation of new training initiatives and competency development activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business and operational needs.\nProvide support to other departments and perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.\n What You Bring\nB.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering, natural sciences or a relevant related discipline.
