You’ll grow your skills, expand your expertise and become even more exceptional - because when you succeed, we all do.\nWe offer:\nA collaborative, results-driven environment\n\nCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits\n\nYear-round social and community events\n\nOngoing mentorship and professional development\n\nEndless opportunities for upward mobility\n\nSo if you're ready to be part of something extraordinary - with a team that’s transforming commercial insurance - we want to meet you.\nBusiness Analytics InternWe are currently seeking high-performing college student(s) interested in learning and gaining hands-on experience within Business Analytics to join Novacore’s 2027 Summer Internship Program.\nAll internship opportunities are paid and offer mentorship, peer interaction, project work, executive visibility, volunteer opportunities, and networking events.\nOur internship program will run from May 17th through August 5th.\nThis is a hybrid internship with 3 days required onsite at the Conshohocken, PA, Home Office and 2 days’ work from home.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel for underwriting, claims and finance stakeholders.\nWrite SQL queries to pull, clean and validate data from our enterprise data warehouse.\nSupport data quality checks by reconciling premium, exposure and loss figures between source systems and reports.\nDocument data definitions, report logic and processes (process maps, requirement notes).\nAssist analysts on active projects, including testing new reports and data feeds and validating outputs meet requirements.\nConduct market and benchmarking research to support program performance analysis.\nQualifications:\nSophomore or Junior, preferred\nMajors such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Math or Risk Management\nSystems preferences: Excel (intermediate, required). SQL and Power BI are a plus, not a requirement.
